R.Ac (Registered Acupuncturist)
Adrienne specializes in the treatment of muscle pain and tension. She uses her background as a massage therapist combined with her love of acupuncture to provide a wholesome, effective and relaxing treatment.
She will often start with a massage to assess your body and locate areas of tension. Then, using acupuncture and/or cupping she will release the muscles and get the Qi (energy) and blood circulation flowing. While the needles are in one area of the body she may use that time to massage another area (ie; calves/feet). Treatments usually end with massage.
